I made some pretzels yesterday. It was easy to do with a bread machine: ingredients in; wait two hours; take out dough; knead, roll out; cut into strips; twist strips into knots; paint on egg wash; sprinkle coarse salt over; bake for 20 minutes; eat! Delicious.
